About

Built by a dentist who's actually run dental practices.

DrSupport exists because most dental practice tech is built by engineers who've never sat down with a payor denial, never managed a sterilization room's supply burn, never worried about a $400 case falling through a 60-day collection window.

I'm Dr. Blane Jackson, DDS/MBA. Before DrSupport, I owned and operated eight dental practices across Arizona. I personally handled the things our software now automates — reading EOBs, verifying eligibility, recovering denied claims, tracking supply spend, training the front desk, sitting with the billing lead after every quarter to understand why collections lagged production.

DrSupport is what happens when an operator gets to design the tech stack. Each app inside the platform exists because, as a practice owner, I needed it and the existing options either didn't fit dental workflows or weren't built for owner-operated practices.

We are not a $50M Series-B startup. We are a small operator-led team in Phoenix building software that an honest practice owner can use and an honest practice owner can pay for. We're explicit about what's done, what's coming, and what we don't claim. Three places to start if you want the details:

Where we are right now

DrSupport launched in 2026 and is currently onboarding its first cohort of dental practices. The platform is real, the apps work, and Stripe checkout is live — but we haven't been around long enough to publish multi-year case studies. We will publish them as the first cohort completes their measurement windows. Until then, we tell prospects exactly what we deliver, and we tell them what we don't claim.

Talk to us

If you're a dental practice owner curious whether DrSupport fits, book a call. If we're not the right fit we'll say so on the call. Honest disqualification is cheaper than a churned customer.
